How to Improve Work Culture with Better Employee Relation

The best way to achieve success in an organization is by keeping the employees happy. Employees are the soul of organization. If the soul is happy, the body and mind also remains healthy. But to make this happen, it requires lot of efforts.

         First of all, to make this happen, organization should have interest in its employees. It should work in improving the employees’ relations. This can be done by motivating the employees to work together in a team. Working in a team builds in interest amongst the employees and hence strengthens the bond

         Also make sure that, if the employees are made to work in a team, then they do not do away with their individuality. If the employees loose out their individuality then their motivation level will fall down and the productivity will reduce. The best way is to motivate the employees considering them individuals

         The managers should keep in mind that the “Necessity is the mother of all inventions”. It means that the person who suffers the most is the one who comes up with an innovation. So when employees work out day and night on a particular task, they are the ones who know the in and the out of the task. In such a case if the manager has to make any decision, then he should involve the employees in the decision making. This will help in improving the workplace relationship

         Often it happens that a manager promotes a particular person just because he/she was his favourite. In such a case on one hand the environment of the workplace is getting disturbed and on the other hand the merit is suppressed from coming forward. If such a culture prevails in an organization, the employees loose out trust and always work in suspicion. This way the efficiency of the person drops

         Also the manager should make sure that the employees are comfortable doing their job and also the job or task which they perform daily do not turn out to be monotonous for them. If such is the case, job rotation should be done in order to keep the employees motivated
